Fanatsia Gowns will exchange or refund any unworn item within 28 days of the purchase date upon production of a receipt.
Fantasia Gowns has a seven day return policy for purchases On-line so you can buy safe in the knowledge that you can return the dress for another size or for a full refund.
All deposits are non-refundable
Returned goods must have all the garment labels attached. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges of pierced earrings.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as normal in compliance with your statutory rights.
